Raised in Metro Detroit, Michigan, Neal is a proud graduate of Michigan State University. He has called Hawaii home since 2005. In his downtime, Neal enjoys various water activities, including surfing, and he is also a competitive outrigger canoe paddler. He cherishes time spent with his wife, Kristin, and daughter, Addison. Beyond his professional life, Neal is actively engaged in the community, serving as a sponsored Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and participating with Access Surf Hawaii. Neal was awarded Big Brother of the Year in 2023.
As the Vice President of Colliers International in Honolulu, Neal bring over a decade of specialized expertise in multifamily apartment sales, focusing on properties ranging from 4 to 50 units. His extensive background in both residential real estate and construction, combined with his membership in prestigious organizations such as CCIM and SIOR, equips him with a unique blend of knowledge and skills in the commercial real estate sector.
With a deep-rooted passion for the multifamily market, Neal offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to meet the diverse needs of investors and property owners. His expertise encompasses market valuations, rent studies, strategic marketing campaigns, feasibility studies for value-add projects, and guidance on 1031 exchange requirements.
